Who are we?
MEET THE TEAM
We are a group of executive and performance coaches who come from a variety of organisations and backgrounds, with decades of experience. Our philosophy is simple – we want to help create an environment in which people can thrive.
We’ve seen first-hand the difference it can make when executives are genuine, passionate and innovative leaders … it translates to an engaged, high-performing, committed workforce whose enthusiasm for their brand spills over to customers.
We are a group of Executive Coaches with differing expertise and backgrounds that provide:
- 1-1 Face to face coaching and remote coaching for those in more far flung locations.
- Facilitation of offsites and strategy sessions.
- Workshops and development programmes for teams and high performing individuals.
We help business leaders drive change through their people, building trust within teams – up, down and horizontally, among peers and with leaders alike – to remove the barriers that prevent them from getting to “great” and unlocking their full potential.
Through 1:1 coaching, either face-to-face or remotely, we building on what’s already great, identify and mend what’s broken and also to achieve a high-performing environment through engaging with their teams to drive and validate the same behaviours.
We are proud to be involved with Fortune 500 companies and organisations that have regularly been ranked in “The Sunday Times 100 Best Companies to Work for”, understanding that these two elements are in many ways inextricably linked.
The philosophy of People Plan founder Nicola Blatch is that trust is the foundation of great leadership. “If leaders can create a safe, trusted environment for their teams they will see the best from those around them,” she says. As a coach and consultant she helps leaders and teams to achieve this and go from “Good to Great”.

Nicola has been selling stuff since she was five years old and, funnily enough, loves it. For the last 23 years she has been training successful sales people in how to maximise every opportunity presented.
Her experience is vast and extends over many different organisations, although a clear love of languages and the education sector does shine through. Nicola is all about the customer experience and leaves nothing to chance, embedding clear end-to-end processes within the organisations that she supports that leads to delighted happy customers. “It's not rocket science.” she says and “it should be fun,” is a familiar phrase you'll hear her say.
The proof is in the numbers. “No Fluff” - she is there to impact the bottom line.
She is a constantly creative mum to two teenagers who are polar opposites and keep her on her toes. She loves cooking toast and coffee and is highly skilled at throwing and catch-keeping her cockapoo, Bilbo, entertained almost as much as the teenagers.
